2D to 3D

Dear All:

I have an autocad 2D drawing, Drawing is an elevation of a small house. I want to convert this 2D drawing to 3D model through .NET. The available inputs are:

1. Drawing in 2D Format

2. Levels

The file is in DWG format. <See the attachment>

There's no really reliable method to convert a complex 2D drawing to a model - there's a lot of guess work involved.  By the time you write and test the software it could have been done by hand.  That's why the normal process is to design in 3D in the first place, then all drawings are derived from the model.
