Is this trimmable shape possible in c#?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if this is possible to program in c#? It's 2 small circles and a larger circle that is tangent to them. The problem looks like trimming it back afterwards. The finished look is below. I drew the bigger circle by typing c, then ttr (for tan tan radius). Any help would be much appreciated.

What about scaling it to suit your own purposes: if that's acceptable that would obviate the need for programming. Perhaps your programming solution would involve scaling that diagram you have as a block? I'm sure it certainly is possible to program, just a little tricky.
