Revit Navisworks 2019

Couldn't find a forum for Navisworks 2019. here is my issue, hoping to find assistance.......

I'm running Animator sequence on a design and when I create viewpoints for the outside views of the building and set up in the timeline. and Playback it all works fine. When I use the same steps to create a building with cut planes, to show the building being built from footing to roof creation, nothing happens. What's wrong? Has anyone experienced any bugs or issues in Navisworks 2019.

If I understood your concern correctly, you are trying to create an animation that would section your model. If so, you may refer to the screencast attach.
