Revit automatically transforms my NWCs

Help, somehow Revit is automatically lowering my model.

I know this has to be an easy fix, but every time I export an NWC out of Revit and append it to our coordination model, it comes already transformed -1 13/16" lower than everyone else when it should be zero. This has just started happening this week. I have checked my project base point and survey point, and both are at zero elevation.

Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful!!!!

what are you export settings set to?

  • Project Internal
  • Shared

We are using shared coordinates and have been for the last 6 months or so; just suddenly, every NWC export I do comes out 1 13/16" lower than it was a month ago.

hmmmm if your using Shared Coordinates then, in theory, the PBP and SP shouldn't matter. But.... i would still check the numbers in your PBP and SP (especially the elevation) just to make sure there correct.  i'm also assuming in your Revit model everything is lining up :-).
