RCP File not appending properly to Navisworks file

When I turn on this scan data (RCP) that was pre-appended to a shared Navis model, the RCP file shows up with a bunch of white lines, when it should be showing up as a scan of existing equipment on the floor.  Is this something I can fix, or does this mean the file was corrupted when the individual posted this file?  I have tried appending and re-appending multiple times with no result.  Attached picture shows what it is looking like.

if you open the RCP in ReCap, does it look correct?

It doesn't load correctly in ReCap either, the attachment shows what it looks like when I open it.

i've never seen that before in any of my scans, but it looks like you may have a corrupt ReCap file. id request a new copy from whoever you got it from.
