Problems with Model Position and IFC Elements

I am trying to learn Navisworks as part of my BIM specialization, but there are some problems happening regarding model elements and coordinates/reference that maybe someone can clarify. Since I'm working from Brazil, there are some parallel softwares oustide Autodesk used for structure/piping and I understand they should work together for a successful management, but here it goes:

Natively, the model comes rotated, which creates some confusion, considering some workflows:

Usually, if I export the model's IFC and import it to any other software, it works like a charm, they talk to each other, but when doing the opposite, both revit and navisworks appear like this:

This also happens when exporting IFC and trying to create a federated model on any software. Revit's model is rotated and every other IFC is aligned, as if something was wrong with the architectural model.

Ok, in navis I can see this:

This way, exclusively in Navisworks (for the sake of the conversation) I can correct the arch model and continue working.

So my question is: Why does this parameter comes with a rotation, and what should I do to correct it? I know it's probably inside Revit, but it's generating a coordination problem across platforms. I've tried every position reference in IFC export also, without success. I've tried appending the Revit Model itself inside navisworks, also without success.

Bonus about it:

When importing back from Navisworks to Revit as Coordination Model without any repositioning, somehow it's loaded at the right position. Well... yeah... go figure... But it does not show columns in plan views 🤡. So it solves 23,81% of the problem backwards while creating a new one.

The second question is about some modeled elements. This structure was created in Cype 3D and its IFC was exported as usual. If I open it in BIMVision (an IFC viewer) all elements are shown correctly:

But when I open it in Navisworks (or Revit) there are no folded plate profiles (sorry if this is not the right name):

I'm guessing it's not an external issue, so my second question is: Is this a known issue, and if so, how can it be solved?

Any additional information someone needs I'll be happy to provide, except for files, since they were provided to me under NDA so I could study and learn about Navisworks.
