Naviswork older version

One of our client is using Navisworks Simulate 2015 and is not able to to open a dwg file, the error is "xyz.dwg has an unknown version number." I am using microstation at the moment and tried converting the file into older version but it still didn't work in Simulate. Is there any way I can convert these files into older version using Navisworks Manage 2019?

Go to Navisworks options >> expand file reader >> select DWG/DXF >> change DWG Loader Version from 2015 to lower one. Now check.
