I tried

Maodfy an existing deployment

Create a new deployment using an existing as template

And in a 3rd attempt even

Create a new deployment

but in all tree scenario's the "include a Service Pack" options remain greyed out and the message "this product is up to date" is standing there.

Any advice on how to proceed ?

It does not matter if I start the

"Tools\Create & modify a deployment.lnk" from the network location where the deployment is located

or if I start the Setup again from within the original downloaded Navisworks_Freedom_2014_dlm which is located on my local hard drive.

I have this issue both with my Freedom and my Simulate Deployment

I always get the message "This product is up-to-date. No Service Pack is available"

and cannot select "Include Service Pack(s) from loacl drive or local network"

Well I have not jet deployed Navisworks 2014 in my organisation, due to the "viewpoints import error". So to be sure that all installations would have the SP1, I very much would like to have a deployment that includes SP1, rather than running SP1 on each machine seperatly in a 2nd fase.
