Can I set the start number of tag?

In case, if I want to start tag Number from 3,000, for example.

I don't want to make tags 3,000 times manually for starting from 3,000.

Is there any way to set start number of tags? (In Simulate. I'm using 2024 now)

I solved it myself.
By modifying xml file of savedviewpoints, you can start from huge number of tag.

You can make any saved viewpoints to be templete.
And then export it. 
Modify the comment ID of the exported xml file to '999', for example.
And import the modified saved viewpoints XML file to your model.
Then you can start '1000' as your first tag number.
Remove the imported saved viewpoint.
