Package Location

I have built a Navisworks Manage 2022 Ribbon dll  and I want to check the ribbon in navisworks. So where can I use my dll file in Navisworks. If you can please share the location and dependency file path it would be great help. @Anonymous

How did you create a ribbon?

Is it via XAML?

I would suggest you take a look at this below link.

The below link shows you where to place the files for creating a ribbon in Navisworks.

Hi Naveen, Thanks for your reply. 

Is there any other location where we can keep the dlls as we don’t have access to the following location (“C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage 2022\Plugins”) as shown in the link that was provided in this email.

As far as I know, you can create a bundle and place the bundle in any one of the below mentioned locations

The per-user root folder is: %APPDATA%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins

The per-machine root folder is: %PROGRAMDATA%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins
