Thermal expansion tutorial

Can anyone share the tutorial for thermal expansion. Basically I have a geometry as shown in below image (red profile).The geometry can be surface (2D) or solid (3D).I am very new to Autodesk In-cad Nastran. If any one have a tutorial which shows the similar analysis ,Please share it. Very much appreciate your help. Thanks
