Hey Guys,
For helping us with material selections of Mining Equipments which will operate in -40 Degree celcius. We would like to know if Inventor Nastran can simulate sub-zero temperature conditions. For a given loading conditions to see premature material failures because of negative ambient temperature.
1. How can I approach this problem in Inventor Nastran ? Does Inventor Nastran has this capability
2. Which solver type should I choose?
3. Also the -40 Degree celcius. Should I apply this as a thermal load in Inventor Nastran ?
Kindly looking forward for some suggestions.
