Mudbox Won't Start "error code 11" Licensing Error

I'm trying to install Mudbox 2014 onto my macbook pro but I keep getting this error when I start it up

 

"License error has occured. Contact your technical support representative for assistance. To help determine the nature of the problem, the error code is 11"

 

I entered my serial number in correctly during installation, I'm not sure how to remedy this. Can someone please help me?

Hi @Anonymous

 

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling your Mudbox. See if it helps.
