mudbox not sending sculpt detail to maya

Hi,

I am sending to maya several models in the same scene after adding sculpt detail in mudbox, but Maya does not pick up the sculpt detail.

I can't see the sculpt detail on the UVs either in maya or mudbox. I tried with send preferences as both flattened sculpt layers and as blendshapes. I send the base mesh as opposed to Level 7/8 and also tried to no avail smoothing for subdivision within maya after receipt to see if the detail had been picked-up.

Instead of using the send to Maya feature can you try using export selection and then import it into Maya?

Does anything changes?

Please let me know if that works or if you are still having this issue.
