studyrlt creates .pat File, but not .XML file and shows segmentation fault

I am trying to extract a result through moldflow 2019 .

when applying the studyrlt command (studyrlt _study.sdy -xml 4009), an .pat file is created. The XML file is however not created and shows segmentation fault . I also attached the image along with this post.

any suggestions?

thanks in advance

Hello @Anonymous ,

Thank you for participating in the Moldflow Insight forum.

Could you share some more details about your issue? How many tetras do the model have? I tried myself with a small test model but couldn't reproduce the error. I used the same syntax "studyrlt mystudy.sdy -xml 4009" and I got the expected XML file for Fiber orientation tensor on elements.

With the available information my initial suggestion would be to check if there are gaps on elements numbering.

Best regards,

Hello,

try it once with strintf3d.
With this macro these files are read out:

Unbenannt.JPG

Location of the macro:
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Moldflow Synergy 2021\data\commands\strintf3d.vbs

best regards

Addendum,

do not forget to copy the calculation file once and rename it e.g. to mold!

then:

Unbenannt.JPG

and make an entry as mold.sdy

best regards
