Hello! I am Peter living in Korea. I would like to ask your opinion about the ram speed of a real machine.

The theoretical injection molding machine used in Moldflow reaches the set speed in an instant, but the actual injection molding machine takes time. To set this part, you can apply it to the simulation using the graph output from the actual injection machine. This method is possible when the injection is completed or when you have similar data.
However, this method cannot be used in the previous research phase. I'd still like to consider this in the preliminary research phase before mold development. In particular, when using a valve gate, the flow pattern of Moldflow is very different from the actual pattern due to the delay time of the initial ram speed.
Our idea would be if we could set the response time of the ram speed in the same way as setting the response time of the pressure like the "response time" function.
