Moldflow issue when using procedure Cool (FEM)+Fill+Pack+Warp

Hi Moldflow user and supporters

I am running procedure Cool (FEM)+Fill+Pack+Warp, it required a parameter name

I set Mold Temperature is 100C and "Initial temperature for production start-up for Cool (FEM)" to set 25C,40C,95C but there still have issue and simulation was terminated.

Could you please help me fix this issues ?

Hello @nguyenbuulam

What is your cooling channel inlet temperatures set to?  Can you try adjusting them to see if that corrects the issue?

Hello @nguyenbuulam ,

Where did you set the "Mold Temperature" to 100C?  The mold temperature should be controlled by your cooling inlets.

What is the Ejection Temperature of the material you a molding?

Mason
