is there now a tool or software where you can professionally model cold runner and hot runner in Autodesk Moldflow Synergi.

if you have 3D model of runner system,
1) it can be directly meshed in to 3D runner and gates
2) if you are looking to model it as beam elements, extract center line of those runner and gate. bring that curves as iges model and assign properties. mesh as 1D elements.

3) hot runners, please contact your local hot runner manufactures support. generally they will be having 1D models of their hot runner system (except manifold - as it's customized for each molds)
