Insert Nodes tool should also support beam elements

Add the option to split beam elements into 2 smaller beam elements by splitting an exisiting beam at its center.

This would be useful for quickly adding refienment, and it would save time when modifying runner systems.

This has been implemented in Moldflow 2017 R2 release.

I've been using R2 for a while now, but I didn't notice this.  I just tried it and it works great.  Thanks.  I don't think this was mentioned in the release notes so I didn't know to look for it.
