Add an "apply" button to the Expand Selection dialog

It would be usefult to add an "apply" button to the Expand Selection dialog so that the action can be repeated w/o reopening the dialog each time.

Expand selection selects elements that adjoin your current selection.  I find it useful for checking runner connectivity to the mesh and also when cleaning up elements w/ bad aspect ratios.  Sometimes I execute the command repeatedly to further expand.  It would be nice if there was an apply button in the panel so that I don’t have to keep bringing up the panel repeatedly.
