AligntoStroke

I've been trying to find out documentation of what AligntoStroke does.

This is a property under Sculpt - Surface operations.

I tried drawing on a sphere with this activated and deactivated and I do not see any difference.

Anyone has a clue of what this property does?

Thanks!

Like Spacing AlignToStroke refers to a Stencil. Let's say you use a stencil showing a white arrow pointing to the stencil's right and you use Spacing so one drop doesn't intersect the former one:

Disabled: The Stencil's direction doesn't change. From the start of the stroke the arrow always points to the right hand side of the scene.

Enabled: The Stencil follows the direction of the stroke. From the start of a stroke the applied arrow on the mesh points from its last drop towards the next.

Thank you!! 😁

I am amazed how many things can be done with Meshmixer, a pitty there is no more development.

I just was playing with Stencils yesterday and this could have been handy.
