Trouble Rendering with Arnold Renderer

I am new to Maya and installed Maya 2017 recently. I have been working on a scene and everything was dandy up until it came to rendering my scene using the Arnold renderer. The output is completely black. I have tried adding lighting but that doesn't work. What's interesting is that the snapshot I have taken of the rendered "image" is a wireframe of the scene with all the objects. However, wireframe was off upon rendering. I would appreciate any suggestions to rectify this.

Hi

What kind of lighting? Try adding a skydome, or if you added other types of Arnold lights, make sure to increase the intensity/exposure.

Can we see an Arnold log for the render?

If the log doesn't show anything, and you're using the Arnold Render View, use Render Current Frame instead to get a full log.

Thanks

Stephen
