Redshift Problem - Red Shader after batch render

Hello everybody,

I have an annoying problem. I cached a rolling animation for two dices (please find a pic attached). If I do a first batch render of a sequence, the render works properly. If I do a new batch render, cached objects become red. To solve the problem I have to delete the cache and then import it again. I can't figure out how to solve definitely. Any suggestion?

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the community!

Is your Maya 2018 up to date?

Also have you tried unloading and reloading the Redshift plugin?

Finally, what happens if you use a different renderer like Arnold?

I will update in few days both maya and redshift, just enough time to have new Redshift Key from my IT.

However, It works properly with Arnold. I did a reload as you said and it seems to work now. I'll do a render during night and see what happen tomorrow.
