hi,

 

can someone is guide me to how can i glow the nParticles in render sequence.

Glows and those types of lens effects are always used in the post, Not in the 3 D programs. However some programs do have a post processing to add them. But they take time to render. Therefore those effects are better to add in a compositing programs like Aftereffects. If you want to make an object emit light... then you can use AiStandardSurface shader and then Emission tab and make the weight to 1. It will illuminate the surrounding.
