Maya Objects have black spots and Shadows are edged

Hello everyone,

after rendering out my scene my objects still show strange black dots and the shadows still look square-like.

Now I can't figure out if this has something to do with my render settings or the shadow applications.

I Batch-rendered the file as .gif-images and then imported them into Premiere.
