Issue from exporting and importing from zbrush to maya to substance painter

So I made an model from maya 2018, exported as fbx file and imported to zbush to work on details.

After I saved the lowpoly file as obj file and high poly as fbx.

I open it in maya again to do the UV and save it again.

In substance painter I open the lowpoly file with UV and put the high poly file in High def meshes to bake.

After baking I have this issue, I see all the lowpoly edges and it will still show in maya after rendering.

Any help please???

I have attached how I set the baking option in substance painter.

The funny thing is if I don't open the file again in maya to do the UVs this problem won't appear.

It only happens when its maya - Zbrush - maya - substance painter order.

Are you sure all poly are welded on the highpoly?

Zbrush does strange things to geo.

Also take a look that all uvs are welded.

And that the normals of the low arnt locked.
