Hardware texturing Issues

Hi, i have a problem with correctly show Hardware Texturing in Maya Viewport, on Maya 2024.2.

The problem isn't that the texture aren't displayed, they do. But that the file texture for the roughness, metalness etc. makes my 3D mesh black in the viewport.

I tried to see if there's a way for makes only the base color visible, but when i try to change "Textured channel" (under the "Hardware Texturing" tab) from "None" to "Base Color" this error appear:

" Error: file: C:/Programs Files/Autodesk/Maya2024/scripts/AETemplates/AEhardwareTextureTemplate.mel line 379: Object 'aiStandardSurface_qualityMenu' not found. "

And makes "Base Color" unselectable, Maya automatically set on "None". How can i solve this?

Use a viewport shader.
