Fireflies on glass rim

I have this problem where I am getting fireflies on my glass objects (see the rim of the beakers) in Maya when I use the Arnold renderer. I am using all Arnold lights. I think the problem is the skydome light. I have tried so many things: clamping, adjusting specular and diffuse values, etc. If you know of any possible fixes please let me know.

It would be good to have the scene too.

Do you mean the entire mb file? I am not sure how to do that. I tried up put the file where I put the jpg but it rejected the file type. If you can explain how, I would upload it.

You need to Zip the scene file first.

Thanks, I just uploaded it. The beakers first appear at frame 1256

Hi!

I can't see any fireflies, for me it seems to be "simple" noise.

1) Please increase the value for

Arnold Render > Sampling > Camera (AA).

2) You can also try a higher value for:

Arnold Render > Filter > Width

The image will become softer, but any noise will be less apparent.

3) Another option would be to use denoising.

What seems to work very well here is "aiImagerDenoiserOidn"

You can even combine all 3 options to get the best result with a low render time.

Thank you so much for the input! What exactly is aiImagerDenoiserOidn? Is it something I add to the material?
