Hi all. I have a problem during a test. I have a very large area and i want to use displacement map to create rough details on dirt salt lake.
I don't know how i subdivide the scene to near and far, because there is a different between a near to camera area and far, where the displacement is attenuated.

What does mean and where i control it pixel error? Is a threshold? Or i need like in the images reduce by hand my plane?
