Arnold render aborted (Maya 2020, MtoA 4.2.0, Arnold core 6.2.0.0, RTX 3080)

Arnold was working fine, besides the occasional crash (most likely due to GPU overheating). Because of this, I set the max temperature lower for the 3080. After that (which isn't necessarily related), Arnold aborts the render and tosses this in the output. The same error occurs even if I reset everything. I've reinstalled Maya, Arnold, reset the GPU configurations, etc. My scene is too much for the CPU, so any help would be appreciated. 

 

 

[gpu] an error happened during rendering. OptiX error is: Unknown error (Details: Function "_rtContextLaunch2D" caught exception: Encountered a CUDA error: cudaDriver().CuEventSynchronize( m_event ) returned (700): Illegal address, file: <internal>, line: 0)

Any update for getting this fixed? Currently having same problems with my 3090
