Hi!

If the file size is 0KB, then the file is corrupted and all data is lost. If you don't have a backup file you have to start again with a new scene.

The video talks about recovering a damaged file with the help of incemental saves and a file diff tool. If you do not have any incremental saves and your file has 0kb, it is damaged and everything is lost. But it would not help anyway because 0kb means there is no information about it and additionally, your format is binaray what would not work anyway.
