cannot “Loaded“ after installing the plug-ins of "Arnold"

Still cannot “Loaded“ after installing the plug-ins of "Arnold"
I have installed "MtoA-3.0.0.1-2017.exe." Then run Maya2017 and open "Plug-in Manager", find out that the location of "mtoa.mll" is the same as where I have installed, but when I click "Loaded" , "Script Editor" pop up: "//Error:line 1: file missing(mtoa)"
I open the located folder, and "mtoa.mll" is certainly in it, but still fail to "Loaded"?
Please help!

Hi!

It looks like no update has been installed.

Please install update 5 for Maya 2017.

Then after this (if you want) uninstall Arnold and install the latest version from Solidangle website.

If you uninstalled Arnold first before installing the new version i can't offer more here.

I recommend to contact technical support directly.
