How can I fix the wrinkles in my model?

As can be seen in the screenshot above, my model has some wrinkles that I would like to fix. I've tried moving the individual edges & faces, but it's not doing too much good. Is there a tool or something that could fix the wrinkles over an area?

Can you take a snap shot of your mesh?  It might help get a better answer.  Have you tried Wrinkle deformers?
