subdivision method cant be applied

hey guys could someone please tell me what seems to be the problem and how can i fix it i will really appreciate

Hi!

There is a problem with your mesh.

For example have a look here:

You may also try Mesh -> Cleanup.

If you need further help please upload a scene-file.

to create the mesh again, but i understood the problem so that's great

Do you have maybe any advice?

This looks like a different problem, please create a new thread for this (and maybe add the scene-file).
