Problem with the software

Dear Autodesk. In downloaded maya on my laptop a while ago with a student account. My laptop has all the specifications but only the software reacts very sluggishly. Could you help me. Sorry for the late response.

Can you please let me know what the hardware specs of your machine are and what GPU you are using?
