Problem Extruding backward faces with beveled edges

Greetings, 

 

i was modeling a sci fi spaceship and i got a problem i hope it can be solved, and i have attached 3 photos of it, so the thing is in the first photo you see the faces i selected that should be extruded backwards, and in the second you see the beveled edges i have painted around, so the yellow ones will be just fine, but the red ones, and because they will go back, they will have a problem like the third photo, any solution for that ?

hi, this happend because thickness is too hight, try other options but all the same result, maybe try first do extrude then bevel if posible

Bevel is always done at the last. You will be better off by doing all your extrusions and then finally bevel the hard edges.
