Objects lost their pivot points from using extraction tool.

I am new to Autodesk Maya, and I'm not quite sure how I can fix this problem I'm having. The model I'm working on is a Lamborghini Huracan, and at some point when I was modelling my windshield, I used the extraction tool and somehow the axis to each object has somehow changed from its original value. My whole model somehow flipped itself, my left became my right, and when I use duplicate special, my object flips upside down instead from left to right. Then I somehow fixed this, but my XYZ axis all became zero. My original coordinates were 4.562 on the X-axis, 2.141 on the Y-axis and 7.059 on the Z-axis. They are now imports because my files crashed too. I need some help fixing this and tell me how to fix it all how to avoid it in the future.
Your help is deeply appreciated.
I was also wondering if you can send the file through the forum somehow? Anyways here's a screenshot in the link below with all of my presets set to zero.
I'm currently using Autodesk Maya 2019.
