Is there a way to bevel all the selected edges uniformly together?

To manipulate Fraction for all the objects simultaneously, you'll need to select all the newly created Bevel nodes. This can be done by exposing construction graphs of the objects e.g. in NodeEditor. After applying bevel you just click InputAndOutputConnections button and select all the Bevels, then in channelEditor/pop-up-attributes you can enter the values that will affect all edges equally.
