I am not sure if there is some feature in Maya or maybe it's another application like Zbrush, but is there a way to have the Polygons re-distribute themselves after you've pulled on them with the sculpt tool? Right now they are just pointy and don't look right at all. i can't seemt to get them to do what i want, and now there are very few polygons in the parts that I have sculpted.

Unfortunately Maya have no sculpting option to re-topology (remesh) during sculpting.

We have received same request, "Sculptors need a quick way to remesh their meshes to continue sculpting" and I reported to our development team that you request it as well.

If your request differs from above, please let me know.

yep... I now see that this feature is actually in Zbrush and I got the job done in just a few minutes there.

Thanks for the response-
