When you try moving the UV, do you see the texture adjust in the Perspective View?
Possibly a display issue with the ATI card - they don't get along with Maya very well under Windows.

Nothing move. but I've notice a warning message : Some item cannot be move in 3D view. I don't know if it's related. Also, some time, uv's move but did not follow manipulator. The UV's that I tried to move are way out of the manipulator focal circle.

Wierd!

Make sure that the snap component isn't turned on e.g. 'snap to grid' or snap to point.

Then try right clicking in the Texture Editor and selecting UV in the marker menu. Try selecting and moving UV's this way.

... Or try selecting the vertices then converting the selection in the Texture Editor to UV's.

Can't think of anything else!

Thanks to all but I find it, there is one setting to change in Windows menu !

Go to : Windows\Settings/Preferences\Performance Setting.

In Dependency Graph Evaluation, select "Drag" radio button, insthead of "Release" radio button.

That's all. Work like a charm now !

UVEditor > Polygon > Unpin All.
This should work. The Move UV Tool works but only for moving the shells, and doesn't address the actual issue which is your UV's must have been gotten pinned somehow.

UV Editor —> Tools —> Move UV Shell [ ]

the Move UV Shell pops on the right part of your screen.

press W, so that the move tool is selected.

In the new options that have appeared under the Move Tool menu

set the Step Snap to Off.

Hope that helps.
