Can not move or rotate objects(Mouse Not working in the program)

Scroller button doesn't work in the program correctly. 

Please give me solution for that Problem.

I have three objects in a scene but not can select faces, edges and vertices. When I insert a new object, can make the selection just in it. What can I do ?

Hi, guys 

Actually my problem is that I cannot move my camera. When I'm Pressing like... Right Click and Alt or smth else I cannot rotate My >CAMERA<. So What kind of solutions can you offer me
