Support MIKK tangent space normal maps in Maya

Normals in Mikk tangent space are commonly used in games, but cannot be correctly previewed in Maya's viewport. Maya needs to support this standard to allow artists to preview high quality game assets in the viewport. 

 

Mikk tangent space supports order independent tangent space calculation, which allows for better re-use of normal map elements that preserves shading quality.

this will be nice also to bake with Mikk / xnormal Tanget space
most baking like substance painter,marmoset xnormal, knald blender , etc...   you can choose to bake tanget space as Mikk.

 

it need to improve the hole Transfer maps ... it kind old and really slow to bake, simple cube take around 1 minute but other software like marmoset it take seconds.
