Yeah this will be nice for Maya Lt. 
I want to spend paining in Maya rather than other software like about 80% Maya or 100% and 20% Photoshop. 

this is just example interface and how will be easy to use when painting. 
*Paint tool :
brush - eraser - gradient - fill - color picker - selection etc...

*Color :
colors - swatches 

*Brushes + Brush settings :
pressure for opacity,flow and size, etc...
*Texture editor :
able to paint on it or fill color on UV island
*Layers :
able to save it as psd or send to Photoshop 
*Quick Baking Ambient occlusion 

*Alignment :
Tangent Wrap-Tangent Planer -UV-Camera

Maya have problems in sharp area or low poly when painting on it : 

so I hope this tool enhance so it become a good tool for painting especially for stylize painting.
