Make "circularize" tool better

Make "circularize" tool better

I would love to be able to have same circle size on different face sizes and when you want to make more than one circle the tool should be enough smart to not twist the other faces and have all of them line up on the same direction. Please find the screenshot.

I wanted to add to this that Circularize needs a few adjustments which are not major but would really make a lot of differences at the end. In general, there is two things.

1. Circularize to never automatically twist the selection, which is mentioned above. Twisting should never ever happen first thing when you run the command. While this might not be as big of a problem when you want to make just one circle, it very often that you have big selection there and you want to make 5,10, 20...circles at once and then when it happens that some randomly twist you can't do anything but to manually fix it.  See the image attached and noticed on "1." how some faces islands are twisting and really for no reason.
Twist feature is for me useful to have but it should not be something you always have to use with the tool. It is an option, after all, something you can do as you might need sometimes but not to be a "fix" feature of something that should not happen in the first place. Circularize should just basically take the selection and shrink it into the circle!

2. New option - make face islands equal size.  Please see on the attached image below under"2.".
The main idea of this is that often time you want to do multiple small circles as screws holes or something once you are, for example, more towards the end of the modeling. So you go in and select a bunch of faces (or faces "islands") and do Circularize. What happens is what you see on the attached image under "1." which is kinda expected. This is also where this new feature comes in which would allow you to, let's say, equalize all the selections and make circles the same all the size!
This feature would be basically ON/OFF type of feature where default would be OFF (takes selection and makes circle of it no matter the size) and then when you turn in ON it would calculate some average value of all those selected faces islands and make them all equal size. Once they are all equal size, then you can always use Radial Offset (and other features) on top of it to further set the exact circle size.
