where has UV Rotate's yellow cirlce gone?

Hi there,

I cannot rotate my UV only via the UV toolkit bar right aside.

You'll want to check to make sure your UVs aren't pinned. You can do this by going to UV Toolkit> Pinning > Unpin All.

If that doesn't work you may want to try deleting your settings/preferences.
