Vray plugin can not be load

Vray plugin cannot be loaded，

I am pretty sure it is not vray's problem. Because my local install maya can load vray using the same configuration.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Vray?

Have you tried deleting your settings/preferences then reloading the plugin?

Has Vray worked before on your setup or is this your first time installing it on your machine?

Hi:

I have already tried settings/ preferences but the error still . And the Vray is deployed following the official guide and it works for the older maya version. So I guess that it isn't Vray's problem.

Hmm ok. It looks like you're on Update 3 of Maya 2018. By chance, can you update to our most recent Update 4 and see if this issue still occurs?
