Hello! I wanted to ask what means those flipped red uv's? I mean i want to import that model to game engine and for sick of optimization leave those shells stacked ot top of each other. So i can save lot of UV-space after combining all the mesh. Will there be a consequences?

Thats a common workflow but have in mind you cant texture them unique.
Fastest way would be to delete one half and copy it over only to export it to the engine.
