To assign these hotkeys in Maya

Hello, everybody

I really need to assign these hotkeys in Maya (Navigation in Viewports):

Alt + LMB (left mouse button) ------------------------------- for Orbit View Mode

Alt + Ctrl + LMB ---------------------------------------------- for Zoom Mode

Alt + Shift + LMB --------------------------------------------- for Pan View

Can You please write how to assign them.

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the community!

There is no way to assign hotkeys that involve mouse clicks with native Maya.

This would need to be done via a 3rd party plugin or script.

You could however set the hotkeys to work with something aside from a mouse button, then click and use the mouse as expected after the hotkeys have been used but you would need to click the hotkeys everytime you want to use Orbit View Mode for example.
