I have Maya 2018 and the file was made in student version. it started when I reopened the file to another computer and everything's going wrong. first, the mesh was destroyed and restarted it, then next the mesh is missing. I deleted the prefs, which i think it was wrong, reinstalled the software, same thing happened. the mesh is still can be seen in the outliner. i need your help guys!
Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the community!
It's possible the file may be corrupted but I would need to take a look at it first.
When you get a chance, can you please zip and attach the scene file here or via dropbox/google drive or another file sharing program so I can take a look at it?
All the best,

There is no solution to this posted and it wouldn't be helpful for them to accept the only answer that was just you asking to see the file? I'm not sure if this is a bot to close old threads but no answer is better than accepting a wrong or non-answer?
