I got my new Wacom Intuos Pro M and I want to assign those 4 modes (Vertex, edge, face and object mode) to my tablet keys so i can easily cycle through them. In the wacom properties app, I assign a "keystroke" to a certain button and I should type in the shortcut (from maya in this case) and give it a name of preference. Then, when I open up maya if I click it it will execute the shortcut just by a single click so i don't have to hold multiple keys on my keyboard everytime I want to do it. So, are there any shortcuts to switch between Vertex, Edge, Face or Object mode?
Thank you in advance

Hi @bobopet
Yes there are! These can also be changed to whatever keys you'd like but by default they are:
F8 |
Select > Object/Component (Switch between object and component editing) |
|
F9 |
Select > Vertex |
|
F10 |
Select > Edge |
|
F11 |
Select > Face |
